Supporting innovators to advance human health

Based in Los Angeles, BioTools Innovator was established to improve human health by accelerating the growth of a broad spectrum of life science tools and diagnostics. BioTools Innovator matches industry leaders with innovative early stage and emerging growth biotechnology-focused companies for mentorship and support.

“The new BioTools Innovator program provided an excellent set of activities, including the development of a one minute corporate video, which we will use for years to come!  We thank the staff - Ayelet, Kathryn and Paul, and their community of mentors, investors and advocates for helping us advance the ball...or in our case, the exosome!”

"Machine Bio’s participation in the BioTools Innovator accelerator has allowed us to level up our company in a way that no other experience could have replicated. The BTI program gathered all the key resources that tools startups like us can’t easily access through the mainstream biotech community in a single place, enabling us to learn from and build relationships with a large number of mentors, partners, and investors all in the span of a few months. This experience gave us exactly what we needed to lay the groundwork for the next stages of our growth and we emerge from the program feeling fundamentally more enabled in our ability to deliver as a company and meet the world-changing potential of our core technology. The insights and connections we have attained through the BTI program will forever be a central part of our foundation as we build for success in the tools space, and the visibility and cash associated with our grand prize has drastically altered what we can achieve in the immediate future."
